- Ladies Circle India is a non political and non sectarian organization. BNLC-14 or Bangalore North Ladies Circle-14, one of its circle in Bangalore is a truly dynamic circle in all respects. Its members, known as circlers come from various sectors and communities with the same objective of service and fellowship. Empower to Enrich has been our theme for the year July 2010 - June 2011 and we have been Empowering as many women and Enriching as many children's life as much as we can.
